李開復：如果大家有一個最終夢想，就像我們看待中國合伙人這部電影裡面，幾個創始人，其實彼此這種罵、吵，不同意，摔椅子(聽說摔的是旁邊房間的椅子)，都曾發生，但是他們的理想就是中國的強大，還有走下去的必要性，讓他們結合在一起，讓他們創造這個奇跡。
潘石屹：我們做任何事情，一個人是不可能完成的。如果是要把大家聯合在一起，每一個人的能力、每一個人的聰明程度、智慧程度可能都會不一樣。所以最重要的基礎是要相互之間信任，只有信任才可以一步一步地往前走。我現在看到有好多的失敗，不是因為項目的問題，不是因為發展方向的問題，是合伙人之間不夠信任。這種不夠信任實際上跟自私這些東西有很大關系。我覺得創業的時候，這是最大的困難。
在創業的過程中，無論是夫妻也好，合作伙伴也好，他的能力、性格有差異性是特別重要的。從我們想明白這個道理之後，我們的公司就越辦越好，家庭也越來越好，一直到最後公司上市，發展到今天，我覺得這還是一個觀念，一念之差。有的時候你看是一個特別負面的事情，覺得這個怎麼都不理解我，結果回過頭來看，實際上這種差異性、互補是一種基礎。
李開復：第一，大部分想的創業就是Facebook、百度、小魚等等這樣高科技頂尖創業，這種創業對經濟是最有價值的，因為它一個公司能夠產生一個非線性的爆發的成長，也是大家心中最想做，最嚮往的。這一類的創業坦誠說，真的不是適合每一個人，甚至一千個人裡面只有一個人能夠做。
真的不能把每個創業都想成高科技創業，其實整個社會都在變革，都在提升，我們可以看到今天，我們如果廣義一點要把每一個創業都要參與共享經濟，每一個個人都當做一個創業者，我覺得這個其實就一定程度達到了一個大眾創業的目標，我們要清晰的劃分這種高科技創業跟自己自力更生，賺點錢的區別。
因為這種創業一部分是與生俱來的獨立、自信，執行力，碰到挫折，當做學習的經驗，不斷磨合、不斷學習，不斷成長，能夠碰到有這麼大的抗壓能力、學習能力、執行能力的人真的是千裡挑一的，我們認為這些是最核心的素質。
就是它有非常強的核心，有幾個素質：
第一，非常強大的執行能力
第二，對產品、用戶很深刻的理解
第三，能夠學會專注，不要變成一個聰明人把問題想得太大，太多
第四，最後還是有很強的領導力，可以把所有團員凝聚在一起。
