個人資料保護聲明

中華民國對外貿易發展協會（包含具有關係企業關係之法人或組織團體，如台灣貿易中心等，詳官方網站，以下統稱「本會」）尊重並致力保護您的個人隱私及個人資料，訂有「隱私權政策」，並依個人資料保護法第8條規定，告知以下事項：

一、 蒐集目的
協助廠商發展中華民國對外貿易、其他公共部門（包括行政法人、政府捐助財團法人及其他公法人）執行相關業務；貿易推廣及管理；網路購物及其他電子商務服務；客戶管理與服務；中小企業及其他產業之輔導；政令宣導；教育或訓練行政；圖書出版品管理；廣告或商業行為管理；行銷；契約、類似契約或其他法律關係事務；商業與技術資訊；資(通)訊服務；資(通)訊與資料庫管理；資通安全與管理；調查、統計與研究分析；以及非公務機關依法定義務所進行個人資料之蒐集處理及利用等。

二、 個人資料類別
識別類、社會情況、及/或其他各類依蒐集目的所必要之個人資料等。

三、 個人資料處理、利用之期間、地區、對象及方式
1.期間：個人資料蒐集之特定目的存續期間、或依相關法令或契約約定之保存年限、或本會因執行業務所必須之保存期間（較法令或契約約定期間長者），或另經您同意之較長期間。
2.地區：包括中華民國、本會各駐點及其轄區之國家、未受中央目的事業主管機關限制之國際傳輸個人資料之接收者所在地、個人資料利用對象之所在地，以及本會業務往來機構之所在地。
3.對象：您的資料可能會提供給本會的代理人、簽約人、及其它與本會訂有契約之相關服務供應商及合作夥伴（例如網際威信）、未受中央目的事業主管機關限制之國際傳輸個人資料之接收者、其他與本會有業務往來之機構、法院、及/或政府主管機關。
4.方式：以自動化機器或其他非自動化之方式為蒐集、處理、利用與國際傳輸。

四、 依個人資料保護法規定得行使之權利與方式
就您的個人資料，依個人資料保護法規定，您有權：(1) 查詢或請求閱覽、及請求製給複製本，本會得酌收必要成本費用；(2) 請求補充或更正，惟依法您應為適當之釋明；(3) 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用、及請求刪除，但因本會執行職務或業務所必須者，得依法不依您的請求為之；及(4)如利用您的個人資料行銷時，您得表示拒絕接受行銷。如您欲行使上述權利，敬請email至 info@greentrade.org.tw。

五、 不提供個人資料所致權益之影響
如不同意提供資料，將無法接受本會所提供之服務。

六、 已確認所提供之個人資料真實且正確；如事後有異動情形，將即檢具相關證明文件送交本會辦理更正。

網站安全政策

一、 為了網站安全的目的和確保這項服務能夠繼續服務所有的網路使用者，本網站提供了以下的安全保護措施：
使用網路入侵偵測系統，監控網路流量，以確認未經授權而企圖上載或更改、網頁資訊或蓄意破壞者。
裝設防火牆防止非法入侵、破壞或竊取或破壞資料，以避免網站遭到非法使用，以保障使用者的權益。
裝設掃毒軟體，定期掃毒，以提供使用者更安全的網頁瀏覽環境。
不定期模擬駭客攻擊，演練發生安全事件時的系統回復程序，並提供適當的安全防禦等級。
每日進行備份作業，將所有資料備份到備援主機。
自動接收所有來自相關作業系統廠商或應用程式廠商所寄發的安全維護電子信通知，並依照電子信的建議，安裝適當的修改程式 (PATCH)。

二、 自我保護措施
請妥善保管您的密碼及或任何個人資料，不要將任何個人資料，尤其是密碼提供給任何人。在您完成網路申辦、取閱電子郵件、管理區功能維護等程序後，務必記得登出帳號，若您是與他人共享電腦或使用公共電腦，切記要關閉瀏覽器視窗，以防止他人讀取您的個人資料、信件或進入所屬機關管理區。

三、 關於安全政策的修改
由於科技發展的迅速，相關法規訂定未臻完備前，以及未來可能難以預見的環境變遷等因素，本網站將會視需要修改網站上所提供的安全政策的說明，以落實保障您網路安全的立意。當本網站完成安全政策的修改時，我們會立即將其刊登於網站中，並以醒目標示提醒您前往點選閱讀。

歡迎您使用產品綠色驗證檢索平台，請詳細閱讀下列約定條款，這些約定條款(以下稱「本使用條款」)訂立的目的，是為了保護提供者以及使用者的利益。開始使用產品綠色驗證檢索平台時，就視為已知悉、並完全同意本使用條款所有約定：

一、 個人資料保護
1. 本網站會保護每一位廠商及來訪者的個人資料，對於廠商及來訪者所提供的個人資料，除了本使用條款另有約定(詳閱個人資料保護聲明)、或可能涉及違法、侵權、違反本使用條款或各該服務之使用規範或約定、或經本人同意外，本網站不會將廠商及來訪者個人資料提供給第三人。

二、 資料儲存
1. 廠商應自行備份其所上傳、刊載或儲存於本系統內的所有資料。本網站將依當時本系統所設定之方式及處理能量，定期備份廠商所儲存的資料，但不擔保廠商所儲存的資料將全部被完整備份；廠商同意，本網站不需對未備份、已刪除的資料或備份儲存失敗的資料負責。

三、 廠商服務之提供及使用
1. 本網站或合作夥伴為提供廠商服務所提供之所有相關網域名稱及網路位址，仍屬本網站或其他合法權利人所有，廠商僅得於保有廠商資格之期間內，依本使用條款及各該使用規範或相關約定所約定之方式加以使用，且廠商不得將其廠商資格或廠商權益移轉、讓與、出租或出借予任何第三人。
2. 針對特定廠商服務，本網站可能接洽合作夥伴或其他廠商提供相關圖檔、圖片或其他著作或資料，供廠商瀏覽、檢索或使用，但使用者需遵守相關授權約定或限制。該等圖檔、圖片及其他著作或資料之合法性，均由提供各該圖檔、圖片及其他著作或資料之合作夥伴或廠商自行負責。

2. 廠商於使用本系統時宜自行採取防護措施。本網站對於廠商因使用（或無法使用）本系統而造成的損害，除故意或重大過失外，不負任何賠償責任。
3. 在下列情形，本網站將暫停或中斷廠商服務之全部或一部，且對使用者因此所受之所有直接或間接損害，不負賠償責任：
(1) 對廠商服務相關軟硬體設備進行搬遷、更換、升級、保養或維修時；
(2) 使用者有任何違反法令、本使用條款或各該使用規範及約定之情形；
(3) 因第三人之行為、天災或其他不可抗力所致之廠商服務停止或中斷；
(4) 因其他非本網站所得完全控制或不可歸責於本網站之事由所致之廠商服務停止或中斷。

八、 終止服務
1. 基於專案運作，本網站留隨時停止提供廠商服務之全部或一部之權利，除對於付費服務按比例退還已收取而未使用之費用外，本網站不因此而對廠商負賠償或補償之責任。
2. 如廠商違反本使用條款或各該廠商服務之使用規範或約定，本網站保留隨時暫時停止提供服務、或終止提供服務之權利，且不因此而對廠商負任何賠償或補償之責任。

九、 本使用條款之修改
1. 本網站保留隨時修改本廠商服務使用條款及各該使用規範或約定之權利，修改後的內容，將公佈在廠商服務相關網頁上，不另外個別通知使用者。

十、 準據法及管轄權
1. 本使用條款及各該廠商服務之相關使用規範及約定，均以中華民國法令為準據法。
2. 因廠商服務、或本使用條款及各該廠商服務之相關使用規範及約定所發生之爭議，如因此而生訴訟，合意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
