基本資料

Solar Keymark是歐盟針對太陽能熱水器的品質驗證標誌。太陽能Keymark標誌驗證，用於向消費者和使用者證明太陽能熱水器符合相關的歐洲標準的證明，是由歐盟授權機構頒發的自願性驗證。與歐盟CE不同之處就在於，Solar Keymark驗證需要與生產管理、售後服務等相結合。
Solar Keymark驗證對於增強產品競爭力具有深遠意義。隨著對能源利用的關注，歐洲政府和消費者對Solar Keymark驗證也愈加青睞，獲得KEYMARK驗證已經成為出口歐洲的首要條件。

太陽能產品是Keymark驗證範圍中28大類產品中的一類。Solar Keymark在太陽能集熱系統及其附件於驗證依據的歐洲標準如下：

適用產品

太陽能元件Solar components：太陽能零組件包括太陽能熱水器solar water heater、儲水器Water tanker、迴圈泵loop pump等，其中太陽能熱水器為最為關鍵的部件，需符合標準EN12975-1及 EN12975-2 。
太陽能系統Solar system：工廠製造系統（factor-made system）─主要用於小型家用系統，客戶組裝系統（custom-built system）─主要用於大中型系統

驗證申請流程

(1) 向驗證機構提交產品資料:

產品資料、技術文件
生產工廠位置
檢測和抽樣日期
生產過程是否遵守ISO9001或者類似品質管理系統標準要求
驗證機構接受申請

(2) 填寫熱水器/系統資料表及訂單表，並提交給驗證機構

填寫工廠檢查表並提交給驗證機構。
應在工廠檢查至少前一周提交所有文件檔。

(3) 驗證機構進行工廠檢查

抽樣：從生產線或者倉庫內抽取樣品，廠商把樣品送交到驗證機構。
基於提供的資料檢查品質管理系統

(4) 根據EN 12975/EN12976對產品進行測試

(5) 所有測試完成後，向驗證機構提交測試報告、抽樣及工廠檢查的文件。

正式申請Solar Keymark。
驗證機構會頒發Solar Keymark驗證。

(6) 每年工廠審核

Solar Keymark長期有效。每兩年都會檢測產品，如果產品有變動都要直接報告給驗證機構，必要時會進行重測。
每年都要品質管理體系的監督審核。

(7) Keymark驗證所用的時間一般為測試時間。測試取決於天氣及太陽光輻射強度。系統測試只能從三月到九月底。多數熱水器壽命測試也是該時段。
