基本資料

位於德國奧芬巴赫的VDE檢測驗證研究所(VDE Testing and Certification Institute )是德國電氣工程師協會（Verband Deutscher Elektrotechniker，簡稱VDE）所屬的一個研究所，成立於1920年。
作為一個中立、獨立的機構，VDE的實驗室依據申請，按照德國VDE國家標準或歐洲EN標準，或IEC國際電子電機委員會標準，對電工產品進行整合驗證。是歐洲最有經驗的在世界上享有很高聲譽的驗證機構之一，在許多國家，VDE驗證標誌甚至比本國的驗證標誌更加出名，尤其被進出口商認可。它每年為近2200家德國企業和2700家其它國家的客戶完成總數為18000個驗證項目。迄今為止，全球已有近50個國家的20萬種電氣產品獲得VDE標誌。

驗證申請流程

  1. 提交正式申請表及結構參數表 ─ 申請VDE的重要文件
  2. 申請確認 ─ VDE收到正式申請表及結構參數表後，並寄發票、工廠檢查調查表等資料。
  3. 送樣 ─ VDE申請被確認的同時，會告知具體送樣要求及其測試所依據的相關標準。樣品完成後必須按標準要求進行自測或送交國內有關實驗室預測。才能快速將樣品安全、準確的寄抵VDE進行檢測。
    • 一旦測試專案全部通過，申請人將在第一時間得到通知。
    • 檢驗結果也可能有缺陷。有些輕缺陷，驗證機構與VDE溝通，只要稍加修正，不必重新送樣，VDE 即能發證。
    • 當檢測結果出現重要缺陷時，驗證機構將與申請人探討失敗的原因。必要時請VDE將試驗失敗的樣品寄回，以供參考分析。待樣品修改完善後辦理重檢手續，如在六個月內重新送樣，則重新測試的費用將會優惠很多。
  4. 工廠檢查 ─ 分發證前的工廠審查和獲證後定或不定期的監督複查。工廠審查前，驗證機構委派專家協助製造廠對生產設施、實驗設備、計量及整個品質體系對照VDE要求進行自查。協助製造廠儘快研討改善措施並迅速落實執行直至複檢合格。
    • 獲證前工廠審查：
      • 獲證前工廠審查是為了證明驗證產品的生產達到與預期一致的生產效果。對於初次申請，如果製造商的生產設施以前沒有進行審查，製造商必須進行獲證前工廠審查。驗證機構向申請者分發問卷調查，製造商應填寫該調查表。調查表包括針對申請企業的一些問題，如地址、連絡人、員工數、產品種類、材料、元件以及其他成為產品一部分的部件、企業品質體系的相關資訊、進行了哪些工廠測試等等。VDE工廠審查部一旦收到調查表，會對其進行評估，並聯繫製造商安排獲證前工廠審查的時間表。
    • 獲證後工廠審查：
      • 原則上每年兩次工廠審查。工廠審查的內容主要審查產品和樣品的一致性，但也同時也要審查有關檢驗程式、記錄、計量等品質管制檔。
  5. 發證 ─ 在工廠檢查順利通過的前提下，若樣品測試合格，則VDE會將結果及時通知申請人，VDE證書也會很快頒發。
