基本資料

ICC體系適用於進口商品，若進口產品屬於菲律賓國家標準（PNS）涵蓋範圍內需強制檢測之產品，進口貨物需經過菲律賓產品標準局（BPS）檢測，若符合對應的菲律賓國家標準或國際上普遍接受的國外標準要求，BPS將對於產品進口商頒發ICC許可證書，准許其使用ICC標誌。進口產品要接受抽樣檢測。此外，菲律賓還會進行市場隨機抽樣檢查，以確保進口商品滿足對應的菲律賓標準（PS）標準要求。

驗證申請流程

申請驗證流程有分兩個方式：

  • 到港後抽樣測試：
  • BPS判斷產品是否在強制範圍內，若是的話會向當地進口商發送測試要求，委派機構隨機抽樣並送往實驗室測試，若是通過BPS就會頒發ICC證書，進口商利用ICC證書去購買ICC標誌。
  • 到港前寄樣測試：
  • BPS單位，再由BPS單位出具ICC證書，進口商利用ICC證書去購買ICC標誌。

申請所需文件

  1. 填寫完整的申請表
  2. 包裹清單
  3. 進口計錄（不需要透過填寫申請表來提交，但必須是ICC的發布要求）
  4. 商業發票
  5. 空運帳單
  6. 產品的批號跟序號摘要
  7. DTI商業名稱註冊（單一所有人）
  8. SEC證書（公司）
  9. 特殊授權書（Special Power of Attorney）
  10. 理事會決議書（公司）/ 說明授權公司代表的姓名的公證書
  11. 保證金
  12. BIR進口商清關證書
  13. 目前帳單（辦公室和倉庫）
  14. 工廠的ISO 9001 證書
  15. 有效的測試報告

驗證單位

經由菲律賓認證機構Philippine Accreditation Office認證的研究室請見附件菲律賓BPS驗證實驗室

驗證費用

  • 申請費：P300.00
  • 檢測員在驗證期間的交通食宿費用
  • 檢查費：P1,000.00/人小時
  • 測試費：樣品測試所有的花費（貨運費、處理費等等）
  • 流程費：不會退回的費用，根據每個商品每筆帳單的金額數有所不同
