PSB驗證由新加坡標準生產力與改革委員會(簡稱Spring Singapore ) 主管，PSB是新加坡生產力與標準局的簡稱，現改為新加坡標準生產力與改革委員會SPRING (Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board)負責消費者保護 (安全要求) 註冊計劃 (CPS Scheme)，以確保消費性電器、電子、燃氣器具及產品的安全。新加坡工商局公告的列管貨物（CONTROLLED GOODS）必須符合安全標準要求，列管電氣產品需強制申請PSB驗證，產品進入新加坡之前，必須由在新加坡有註冊之公司行號做為申請PSB之持證者。

依案件評估
當商品被成功驗證後，供應商必須提交美金180給COC（Certificate of Conformity）
產品進入新加坡之前，必須由在新加坡有稅籍之公司行號做為申請PSB之持證者。產品於取得PSB之後，方可進入新加坡銷售。
