基本資料

FSEC是Florida Solar Energy Center美國佛羅里達州太陽能中心，該單位制訂太陽能設備的性能標準，在該州生產或販賣的太陽能設備都必須符合FSEC標準。
佛羅里達州的法律（§377.705，FS）要求在佛羅里達州生產或銷售的所有太陽能係統都符合佛羅里達太陽能中心（FSEC）頒布的太陽能設備標準。這些標準涵蓋太陽能熱設備和太陽能電力設備。FSEC與行業，研發團體和其他利益相關者密切合作，確保其標準鼓勵有效利用可再生能源並保護佛羅里達州的消費者
 
佛羅里達太陽能中心（FSEC）目前正在接受太陽能評級和驗證公司（SRCC）的太陽能熱收集器和系統驗證，該公司是國際標準委員會（ICC）公司係列的成員，以及國際管道和管道協會機械官員研究與測試 （IAPMO）。SRCC和IAPMO驗證符合佛羅里達太陽能中心的最低標準。FSEC繼續列出已通過FSEC驗證的太陽能集熱器和系統，現在也認為SRCC和IAPMO驗證與FSEC驗證相當。採用SRCC和IAPMO驗證等同於FSEC驗證，降低了太陽能熱工業驗證過程的複雜性。
