基本資料

韓國政府從1999 年開始逐步強制的待機功率（E-Standby）驗證制度。
待機節能警告標誌(黃色)(強制性)對未能滿足待機節能標準的產品實施的，不滿足標準要求的產品需要加貼該標誌。相反，如果滿足則加貼節能標誌(微笑標誌)(自願性)
強制報告備用電源的目標產品的備用電源警告標籤，如果發生違規，將收取高達5千美元的罰金。
強制性標籤失效備用標準的產品，如有違反，將收取高達5千美元的罰金。
