越南能效標誌是由越南國家工商經貿部(MOIT)頒佈實施的強制性驗證。越南政府於2006年頒佈《79/2006/QD-TTg》，決定實施越南國家能源效率計畫(VNEEP)。依據該計畫，越南政府於2011年頒佈《51/2011/QD-TTg》，該法規規定，自2013年7月1日開始，所有在越南能效標示管控範圍內的產品，都必須通過產品測試以獲取能效證書，並加貼節能標示(如上圖)，方可在越南市場上流通。
此標示也屬於資料揭露，能效等級分為五等，得到此標示並不代表比較節能，需以標示內容為主

(5) 填寫申請表
