變流器和電源轉換設備（PCE）必須通過AS / NZS 4777.2：2015驗證
2015年 10月9日，澳大利亞標準局發布了更新的AS / NZS 4777.2：2015 通過變流器的能源系統的電網連接 - 變流器要求。
AS / NZS 4777.2：2015規定了低壓變流器的要求和測試，用於通過電氣設備將電力通過低壓電網注入電網。本標準適用於在能量源和電網之間的任一方向上有功率流的變流器。
這取代了AS 4777：2005第2部分和第3部分，適用於高達30 kW的變流器。新標準沒有規定變頻器的尺寸，因為它適用於在低電壓（例如240 / 415V交流）下連接到設備的所有變流器。
該標準的過渡期為12個月，所有變流器和PCE必須在2016年10月9日前完全符合新標準，才能保留在批准的產品列表中。 所有未在2016年10月9日前顯示符合標準的產品已被移除。
太陽能變流器 Solar converter
第1步：驗證檢查。
工廠需要提供真實的證書和測試報告，顯示所有進口到澳大利亞的產品完全符合IEC和澳大利亞標準。這促使製造商根據要求更新驗證，並反映標準中的任何重要變化。
步驟2：工廠檢查。
經驗豐富的審核員團隊將被送到工廠進行60份檢查。這個過程已經建立了6年多，已經在30多個光電製造商上實施。檢查重點是公司的物料清單，標準操作程序和質量控制措施，這對穩定生產高質量產品的能力至關重要。這種檢查的積極結果將為客戶建立信心，相信產品是一貫的高質量驗證的驗證實驗室。
步驟3：產品質量檢查。
在該步驟中，通過隨機測量所有必需的特性，包括外觀，IV，EL，Hi-Pot和洩漏電流，進一步確保產品的質量。我們還將確保製造商以真正的方式測試他們的所有產品，並且他們提供的測試結果是可信的。
