土耳其國家標準學會（Turkish Standards Institution, TSE）是土耳其國家標準的制定單位，也是土耳其國家產品品質監督和控制的最高國家機關。TSE的重要任務是負責土耳其各海關產品品質和CE驗證證書和測試報告審查，TSE在海關設置檢查視窗，凡是進入土耳其海關的產品，均需要經過TSE的審查批准。不能通過審查的貨物將被禁止進入土耳其境內。除CE標誌外，土耳其政府每年公佈“進口強制標準清單” 對於歐盟指令未涵蓋的產品及雖不在歐盟指令範圍內但仍然包含在土耳其本國強制標準範圍內的產品，在進口前必須按照土耳其強制標準的要求，進行檢測，獲得TSE驗證，方可通過海關，進入土耳其市場銷售。

出口歐盟國家需要通過包括安全驗證測試（LVD）和電磁相容性驗證測試（EMC），其主要的驗證標示有CE和ENEC

另外，有資格取得證書的機構要為每個驗證了的產品交納性能保證金2 000 000 000 TL ，可以以現金或沒有期限限制的銀行擔保信的方式交納。
凡是銷售給政府採購專案的產品，在土耳其必須經過TSE的驗證或檢測，否則不得投標土耳其政府採購專案。
