基本資料

由瑞典專業雇員協會(簡稱TCO，Swedish Federation of Professional Employees)推行的一種IT產品驗證標準。針對人體健康和生態環境所設定的標準，直接關係IT產品對使用者健康的影響。為國際性的第三方自願性認證，並屬於ISO 14024第一類環保標章。

必須達到以下四個標準(簡稱4e): 1.生態(ecology): 限制有害物質在IT產品中的含量，以達到保護生態環境的效果。 2.能源(energy): 要求節省能源，產品在一定的閒置期後能自動降低功耗，逐步進入節能狀態，並要求產品從節能狀態回到正常狀態的時間較短，以保證能源不被浪費。 3.輻射(emissions): 產品在設計時須考慮減少對人體發射有害的輻射。 4.人體工學（ergonomics）讓使用者儘可能的舒適和不易疲勞，例如顯示器的仰府角度調節，螢幕的亮度是否達標等。

適用產品

顯示器displays、筆記本電腦notebooks、平板電腦tablets，智慧型手機smartphones，桌上型電腦desktops，一體機電腦all-in-one PCs，投影機projectors和耳機headsets。

驗證申請流程

申請者需先完成以下檢核文件：

樣品進行測試（包含：視覺人體工程學Visual ergonomics、工作負載人體工程學Workload ergonomics、排放Emissions、電氣安全Electrical safety、能源消耗Energy consumption）
環境宣言（包含：產品描述Product description、一階工廠EMS驗證（連續性）、有害物質申報Hazardous substances declarations、物質資源效率聲明Material resource efficiency declarations）
社會宣言（包含：高級管理代表Senior management representative、執行行為準則Code of conduct, with implementation、具備稽核之一階工廠清單（連續性）List of tier 1 factories with audit status (continuously)、工廠審核報告（每年）Factory audit report, with CAP (yearly)、自我評估問卷Self assesement questionaire、衝突礦物問卷Conflict minerals questionnaire
